To coincide with the 40th Anniversary of ‘The Snowman’, BBC2 will be showing a playful, moving and emotional documentary about – and with – Raymond Briggs on New Year’s Eve at 9.00pm. ‘Raymond Briggs: Snowmen, Bogeymen and Milkmen’ features specially commissioned animation illustrated by Chris Riddell and contributions from friends, colleagues and admirers, including Andy Serkis, Nick Park, Steve Bell and Posy Simmons.
